They love love love to play with each other! It is so adorable:) I am so happy that they are startig to be able to entertain one another. They laugh at each other and crawl all over the place, follow each other around! Here are so pics of them:)

Jaxon has been abbling up a storm for quite a bit now, but the other day when he was playing in his exersaucer he started saying mama. I tried to get it on film and did a little bit so i'll post that too. Sometimes it sound like they say it when i put them to bed, but its not clear yet. we'll see:)

Two scooters!

So last time i wrote about scooting only Mason was doing it and now Jaxon and Mason both have it mastered! I am so proud, but boy do they keep me busy. They want to go EVERYWHERE! I swear i spend most of my day chasing them around. They want to go in the kitchen in the bathroom, by the front door. It is time to get gates! I should have already gotten them, but I'm a slacker it just would make less work for me instead of having to watch them and constantly move them around. They are also trying to start to pull themselves up on stuff, but haven't mastered it.Jaxon still get on his hands and knees and bounces back and fourth, but Mason has also figured it out. I love how it seems they teach each other stuff:)

First Painting

Dad just had his bday and i decided to have the boys do their first piece of artwork for his bday present. It was so cute. I went and bought some finger paints and put a little of each color onto a paper plate. The i let them take one hand and kind of pick and choose what colors they wanted to use. More like just smear their hand wherever they felt like. I then held up a piece of card stock and just rotated it so they covered it. I bought a frame from walmart that actually gave me the idea, then added a picture of each of them next to t. After that i took an imagine and a create sticker i had and added it under their photo. I really think it turned out nice and i love it now that its hanging on our wall!

Its been too long

It been to long since i have written g'z! Time flies so fast when you have two little guys to take care of. I just feel like i have no time sometimes, but i love love love being a mom more than anything. These little guys are the best thing to ever happen to me. So much has happened. I'm going to reserve this post for their 6 month stats:)

They got their last round of shots and did pretty well. I had such a hard time with taking them now that they both can scoot everywhere. They were rolling around everywhere trying to crawl around and it was very difficult to keep them contained as long as i did. Not to mention Mr. Jaxon spilled his milk everywhere and since i give them breast milk i had no extra! They were definitely crabby after not getting all their milk. All in all they are healthy happy babies:)

So i got a balloon in a gift i received for mothers day ad i tried playing with it with the boys and Jaxon loves it! He just tries to go after it a cracks up over and over when you bonk him with it! Mason wasn't too interested. It was so cute i had to put up a video to share with you:)

First Play Date

I met a women while walking the boys about a month ago and we got together for the first time the day before yesterday. Her on is just 10 days older so its really neat how close they are!! The boys seemed more interested in each other than meeting a new friend, but hopefully they'll warm up and want to play with the other little guys. I only got one picture that didn't turn out the best because me and their mother were talking and having a good time so i was a little distracted with watching the little guys and socializing:) They didn't do too much this time, but there will be more play dates where that came from!!

So within the last few weeks here i noticed to boys starting do me able to push off and slowly get places between wiggling and rolling. Now they can officially scoot. Jaxon doesn't have it down quite as well, but Mr.mason is a scooting freak. He wants to be in EVERYTHING and play with everything that he shouldn't. As soon s he spots something he army crawls to it. If yo pick it up and move it he's onto the next thing. I can't take my eye off him for a second when he's awake! I'm so proud of my little guys. They are learning so well:)Mason and Jaxon will also scoot to each other so they can play. I love that they know each other now. They love to both play with the same toy. Sometimes you catch them kind of talking to each other or laughing. When one is kicking his feet the other will try and catch them and start cracking up. ITS SO ADORABLE! Although it comes with it's challenges i LOVE how smart they are getting:)

SWIMMING!

So we have a community pool where we live and we decided to take the boys for a dip in the pool yesterday. It was about 88 degrees outside and they haven't seen water other than the bathtub since they were born. I put them in there little swimming trunks, we brought them over and they LOVED it! i count believe it! I totally expected them to cry or freak out, but they were completely content. I think they are going to be little swimmer boys! We only took them for a short dip, because i didn't want them to be in the sun too long. We are definitely going to have to take them more often:)

So much, so little time

I need to get better at this blog stuff. lol I always get so caught up and forget what i wanted to write. The boys are loving their exersaucer!! They are getting so good at playing with all the little toys on it. It's so0o0o0 amazing how smart they are getting.
Jaxon my little scooter, he is so silly. I always lay a blanket down on the living room carpet for them to play on, and Jaxon has figured out his own version of scooting. Haha. He face plants and takes his legs and pushes across the blankets, with his face sliding across it. He saw Masons Passy across the blanket and managed to scoot all the way over and put it in his mouth upsidedown. Silly boy.
They are both getting really good at controlling their pacifiers, taking them out and putting them back into their mouths:) O and rolling over!! They both roll onto their belly to sleep in their cribs at night. I lay them down on their backs and when i go to check on them they are both passed out on their bellies. It drives me nuts that they always roll over when im not looking! I swear it's like their like "Mom's not looking ... roll over"
I took them for two walks yesterday, Mason still LOVES going for walks. He always stays awake the whole time and loves watches everything! Jaxon actually stayed awake for the whole second walk for the first time. YaY Jaxon!
They talked on the phone with g-ma this morning. Its so amazing how they are already learing about the phone. They both try to hold on to it like big boys, and sit there and listen to whoever is on the other line. Gma and Gpa might babysit tonight, so that will be fun for them:)
One more thing is that they can both pretty much hold their own bottles perfectly on their own now! My little boys are so talented. well anywho thats whats been going on, Im going to leave you all with some pictures, because we all know that we love pictures!

Picture Time!

Fun toys and needy boys

So i went to once upon child today and got the boys a excersaucer finally. I put them in it, and i think they are both still a little too small. Jaxon seemed to be a little more amused, but hes been the one thats been wanting to play with all different types of toys. Mason more of a simple guy and likes to stick with what already makes him happy. hehe. I think that they will start to love it in the next month here. It so cute though to see how much they are growing, and enjoying more complex toys!

The boys are doing great, Jaxon has strted this new phase where he has to be rocked to sleep. lol it so cute, he just wants to be close to his mommy:)

Lazy Day

Today is a lazy day, it's a bit nippy out so i dont feel like going for a walk or anything. I did take some cute pics of the boys!!

I did a painting of the boys the other day. It turned out pretty good i must say! haha. I still have 2 more that are a work in progress so stay tuned to check them out. I was so happy though to finally find time to do it! The boys have been doing great! We have been doing the usual, hanging out, playing, and going for walks. Boy does Mason loves to be outside. Jaxon usually manages to zonk out in the first ten minutes, but Mason tries to always stay awake the entire time.He must take after his mama, im a big fan of the outdoors!!
